		<description>I think the secret is in making the steps small enough not to really notice. Start with 5 minutes of stretches EVERY DAY. Its a small thing but you still feel the benefit. Do it at the same time. Wait at least the 21 days before taking the next step. Maybe 5 minutes of walking. If you like music, add some favorite songs so you relate exercising to something you like. Take it slow. I think we give up on things when we push too far.

You will feel the difference.
