When I run out of my jars of salsa, this is my standby recipe…
4 cups chopped tomatoes (or 1 large can of chopped tomatoes)
1/2 of a medium sized onion – chopped
1 to 1 & 1/2 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
chopped fresh cilantro (maybe half a bundle or more depending on your taste)
1 tsp. or more of chopped garlic
dash of salt
Mix good & serve with warm chips!
